About Ken

Ken Kroupa came to Low Country in 2000 from Buck’s County PA to establish a career as a PGA golf professional. After several successful years teaching at Shipyard Golf Club, he joined the professional staff at Berkeley Hall. Ken’s real estate career began with Resort Island Realty in 2004 before making the move to Carson Realty in the fall of 2007. He was awarded Salesperson of the year in 2008, his first full year with Carson. In 2009 he joined forces with colleague, Sheri Bush, to form Kroupa & Bush Real Estate Partners, now one of those most successful real estate teams in the Low Country. Ken is a graduate of Gettysburg College, with a BA in Business.
