Ken Watkins is an experienced Relator who specializes inworking serious Sellers and Buyers across all aspects of Real Estate. With over twenty years of experience, Ken has strived to build relationships with sellers and buyers to truly understand their needs relative to the property they want to move from, or the one they want to move into. He has a degree in Engineering, has had a Home Inspection business, and a remodeling business so he knows homes. Ken can bring a wealth of knowledge to a seller or buyers experience and enjoys being the “Advisor” on deals across all income levels.
