Kevin Brennan

Born in Chicago, Kevin found himself living all over the country in his youth, finally settling in Southern California during his teenage years.
He graduated with a Communications degree from Cal State Fullerton, moving up to the Los Angeles area shortly thereafter.

He embarked on a 16-year corporate career in fashion, holding senior-level executive and VP positions. Possessing the rare ability to tap into both the highly analytical and creative mind has enabled Kevin to find the balance of art and commerce throughout his career. This, coupled with his affection for design/architecture, has made the transition into real estate seamless. He is passionate about the neighborhoods he sells in and the inspiring spaces that ultimately improve his Client’s well-being.

Kevin and his family proudly call Northeast Los Angeles home. He enjoys spicy Mexican food, iced tea, collecting art and design books + a cold lager. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
