We were connected to Kevin when we relocated to the Appleton area. We found him to be very knowledgeable regarding the local market and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to focus our search to the right properties, despite only having one spouse available to view homes much of the time. He was easy to work with and wanted to make sure we found the right house that suited our needs. He did not give up when negotiations stalled, but kept the conversation going in a positive manner. Transfered from France recently, we had only a week to prospect for a place to live. We met Kevin Dick via the relocation company and he was a great help. He assisted us in each critical steps - Especially to make landlord confident about French guys that have no history in the US. Kevin quickly caught our needs and particularities of our situation to turn it into an efficient home search; that means we did it within a week!
