He far exceeds ones expectations and delivers phenomenal results. Kevin is eager to get the absolute best deal for his clients in rapid time. Kevin knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry and is continually a top producer, winning many awards for his knowledge and skills. He keeps you informed and updates you every step of the way and he returns phone calls and responds to texts promptly. I had a house ready to go into foreclosure but Kevin stepped in and stepped up. He listed the house on October 25th and within one week he already had 39 offers... ALL over asking price! My house was only on the market for 1 week before we accepted an offer and entered into a 30 day escrow, which closed December 2nd, a week early! Just 5 weeks from listing to close of escrow...so fast and so professional, it was amazing!

When it came time for me to buy my first home, I knew I had to go with Kevin Finley. Kevin had helped my brother find his home in just a couple months, after he had had an unsuccessful experience with another agent and had searched for almost a year. Kevin was always very accommodating, patient, and never made me feel pressured into anything. He always made himself available for showings, calls, emails, open houses, and any questions I had. When it came time to close, Kevin’s negotiation skills came into play. Kevin was able to get me a great deal, which is so hard to come by in a seller’s market. Even today after closing, I know I can reach out to Kevin with any follow-up questions. Thank you, Kevin for making my first-time home buying experience a less stressful and more informed process.

Kevin Finley and his team helped me sell my house and purchase the home of my dreams. It's not easy having two escrows run con-currently and I was not always in a great mood. I find that’s Kevin Finley is very honest, trustworthy and very responsible. He worked hard, answered all my questions patiently and made the process very smooth for me. I felt very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge. As his client he looked for my best interest, I know I was in great hands. We used Kevin Finley to assist us in selling and buying our new home. We spoke to about 6 different realtors before meeting Kevin and immediately knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He was not pushy in trying to attain our business but confident and straight forward in telling us what to expect during the process. What I appreciate most is that there were no unrealistic expectations set or promised.

The process of selling and buying while being contingent was very tedious. Somehow Kevin was always available to take every phone call or call back right away if he was not able to answer at that time. He works 7 days and it feels like 24 hours as he always made himself available. He took his time to explain what things meant and takes pleasure in trying to negotiate the best deal for us. We could of have just accepted certain terms to try and close the deal but he goes the extra mile to get the most for us. I would not hesitate to use him again in a heart beat.

My sister and her husband had been looking for their dream home for months. By the time she found it, the house already had multiple offers. I referred her to Kevin because I knew he would be proactive and have my family’s best interest in mind.
