Kevin Purvis

After spending several years purchasing, remodeling, and selling various properties, Kevin realized that real estate was a passion of his. So, in 2017, after 20 years as a leading entrepreneur in the health and fitness industry, he decided to change careers and describes it as one of the best decisions he has ever made.

Having owned several successful businesses, Kevin brings a lot to the table. He is an extraordinarily strong communicator, is used to working non-traditional hours and long days. He is learned to be an efficient negotiator and believes in value-based decision-making. This means that you can always depend on him to follow through with honesty and integrity; an important level of trust is important when making such big financial/life decisions. His most important value is building strong relationships with clients.

Being a natural leader and collaborator, it was only a matter of time before Kevin developed a team. Being the Principal of Kevin Purvis Luxury Team is something that helps give him drive, inspiration and a greater sense of work/life satisfaction. “Being able to share laughter and tears in the arena of work with people I care so greatly for is such a special gift.,” he says.

Giving back to the community is something that Kevin also treasures greatly. A portion of each commission goes directly to Hope Austin, which is a local organization that provides meals in a dignified manner to students experiencing food insecurity. This cause is close to Kevin’s heart, since much of his childhood was spent in food insecurity.

And when he is not working, Kevin still hits his daily workouts, enjoys spending time out on the boat in Lake Travis, is an avid art collector and has two dogs (Teddie Paddington and Goldie Hawn) that are the joy of his life.
