When it comes to residential property, I can do it all! I represent Sellers and Buyers in Traditional Resale, Short Sale, Foreclosure, New Construction, and Relocation Home Sales & Purchases. I'm also happy to help owners of investment property with Residential Leases! I hold the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designation and have helped many sellers through what can be a very daunting short sale process, successfully avoiding foreclosure. I am also a Leading Relocation Specialist (LRS) and can not only help buyers & sellers locally, but can also help connect buyers and sellers with competent real estate assistance anywhere in the world! I also proudly serve our Military Community. Having come from a military family myself, I take pride in helping our Active Military, Veterans, and Military Families with their home buying and selling needs, and understand the time constraints that can often be a factor in achieving those goals.
