Kimberley Nicholas

She is a local real estate broker and owner of Highland Properties located in Castle Rock, Colorado. It is her mission to provide true hands-on and face-to-face service to her clients.

Licensed as a realtor since 2003 and serving Castle Rock and Douglas County since 2013, real estate is her passion.

In addition to her commitment to providing the best possible experience to her clients, her other passion is with the deaf community. As the sibling of a deaf adult, she has found her own voice in speaking up for and supporting the deaf community and promoting as many opportunities as possible for deaf children. In 2005 and 2006 she was blessed with the opportunity to become involved with the LVCSD working toward creating the first charter school for the deaf in Nevada.
