About Kimberly

In 2015, in Kimberly Brill's fourth act of life, she found herself transitioning to LA from the Gulf Coast of Florida to be near her adult daughter who lived here. Moving to LA was a catalyst to merge her love of people, architecture, and design and craft a life of helping people find their perfect space.

Throughout Kimberly's life, she's owned multiple properties, a successful advertising agency, and a popular Intelligentsia coffee shop in downtown Pensacola called The Leisure Club. [It’s still thriving, she recommends you visit if near.] The experience of buying and selling multiple personal residential/commercial properties, coupled with the elevated level of organization and customer care in having her own businesses, has proven to be the keys that unlock a rewarding career in the Los Angeles professional real estate market.

Whether you are looking to buy your first home or third home, or to sell a long-time family home, each potential Buyer or Seller has their path and expectations to explore. The goal she tries and achieves is empowering you with the data, processes, and confidence to move forward. This last year during COVID her fiancée and she contemplated how she want to affect the culture of the real estate industry. She wants to hold space for her clients, listen to your needs, and educate you on the best practices for buying and selling. She joined Keller Williams because they invest in her happiness, and success as an agent. Having great support professionally, coupled with family values allows us to serve her clients with clarity, stability, and success.
