I recently sold my parent’s longtime home, and working with Kimberly made the entire process so much easier than I could have imagined. Since we live out of state, I had selected several realtors to interview before we flew to CA to hire one for the sale of our rental property. Kimberly is the best agent I’ve experienced! I usually don’t write reviews but she was so great I feel impelled to write one.

I had several experiences buying/selling homes w/ other agents. I was never satisfied and thought that's how all realtors were - salesy and just want to close the deal, not thinking about their clients.

When I was working with another agent selling my home, we had a hard time and my coworker referred me to Kimberly. He highly recommended her and advised to just call her for an advice. I couldn't break my contract at the time but she was so helpful I noted that I'd contact her for next deal.

When our mom decided to sell her house, I immediately contacted Kimberly. From our first meeting to casually show the house, she came prepared w/ presentation book that included everything we needed to know in regards to selling the house - listing price estimate, comps, marketing plan, etc. It is so important to trust your agent when dealing with real estate transactions and Kimberly is trustworthy! There was no doubt we wouldn't sign contract after the meeting, although I had already decided beforehand.

From preparing us to get the home ready to be listed, marketing plans, follow through, open houses, reviewing offers, and throuhout escrow, Kimberly really exceeded our expectations. She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and responsive. I really want to highlight her exceptional communication skill, as I feel this is also very important in real estate transactions. I also truly appreciated her honest feedbacks, respecting our needs, and providing helpful advices when needed. She possesses all skill sets you want from a realtor.

There are so many realtors these days… your neighbor, old school friends, family members, kids friend’s parent… BUT if you really want to be happy with your home transaction, I highly recommend Kimberly!!!

Prior to hiring Kim, we had interviewed several agents. Although we had a choice among numerous agents who were both professional and knowledgeable, Kim's exciting attitude, her thorough market research and top-tier professional presentation, and her solid supporting team were collectively why we ultimately hired her for the job among the other choices of great agents.
