Kimo Huynh is a full time, full service, multilingual real estate professional serving the larger bay area where he has lived and worked in the area since 1982. Because of this, Kimo has come to understand the heartbeat of our Silicon Valley; from its people, the school system, the lifestyle and its development. Kimo's passions for customer service, professionalism and integrity have enabled him to deliver successful results; he has won many franchise's and office awards and established himself as top producer and member of the "President's Club" for closing over 35 transactions in a single year. A strong believer of the phrase "to teach is to learn twice", Kimo joined Intero Real Estate in 2013 as managing broker to share knowledge, motivate, and coach agents to be winning agents with aligned philosophy of success through principles and expertise. In early 2015, Kimo and his team started North Valley Real Estate, a company built to serve its clients with highest value and customer relationship. North Valley Real Estate specializes in both residential and commercial and successfully works with diverse clientele in this dynamic market. When not working or thinking about real estate, Kimo enjoys singing with his band and spending time with is wife and their two furry kids, performing silly human/dog tricks.
