Kits professionalism and knowledge of the current real estate market and trends are exactly why the first offer was well over the initial asking price. Kits description of how this would all unfold was spot on. Her action and expertise during our open house allowed for a quick counter offer and acceptance by suppertime that same day. Not to mention a strong, fast close. She's honest, she is a professional, and gets outstanding results. When it is time to sell your house, whether it’s because you are relocating, upgrading, cashing in on this housing bubble or maybe a judge ordered you to sell your house because your ex stopped paying the mortgage and almost screwed your impeccable credit score and bring you down to her pedestrian level. Whatever the case may be, you want to hire a professional.

I know it’s tempting to give your slacker niece or Facebook friend the chance to sell your home because you’re a nice person but fuggetaboutit!! You don’t bring a labradoodle to a dog fight and you don’t hire a divorce attorney who advertises on the back of a phone book!! You want someone who gets the job done and fast!!

Kit Pflaum is that realtor. She speaks her words into existence!! The smartest move I made was being wise enough NOT to sign with the supposed “friend realtor” my ex was pushing on me and demanding we get Kit Pflaum!! She got us more than I thought we ever could get and she did it fast, effective and painlessly. She has all the connections and she treats you like you are her most important client. Heck, she even helped relocate an exotic pet my miserable ex abandoned at the last minute. She does all this without passing judgment either, which is a relief because divorces can be ugly and getting two people who can no longer stand the mere presence of each other, let alone live in the same zip code, agree that having more money for your attorneys to fight over is cooler than having a bank foreclose on your house.

Kit Pflaum is a miracle worker and she deserves your business!!!
