KJ Ticehurst is a highly motivated and driven former jazz guitarist/singer-songwriter and current wife and mom who loves helping people achieve their goals in real estate. She has been in the real estate industry for just under five years and in that short amount of time, has managed to sell over 110 properties. She has also been named a Top 10 Producer at Keller Williams Pacific Estates, the number one ranked Keller Williams office in California. She prides herself on her communication skills, her ability to negotiate a “win-win” and her drive to succeed for her clients. Living in Long Beach for almost 15 years has allowed KJ to become an area expert with vast and expansive knowledge of the neighborhoods, architecture, culture, and community of the city. Above all, it is KJ’s mission to create and nurture long-lasting and loyal relationships with all of her clients.
