Kris did a great job helping me sell my beach condo. I was working with her from out of state, and her responsiveness was excellent.

She has a great grasp of the market and gave me great advice- we sold the place almost as soon as it was listed, and Kris helped me navigate the multiple offers.
Great professional- will definitely use her again when we purchase more investment properties in Myrtle Beach!
