After successfully closing 10 deals in her first 12 months as a licensed real estate agent, Kristel was named the 2016 Real Estate ‘Rookie of the Year.’ Her initial success fueled her newfound passion for real estate and eventually led to her departure from Wolf Films, where she spent half of her 25 year career in the entertainment industry overseeing operations for award-winning shows such as the Law & Order brand and the Chicago trio: Fire, PD, and Med.
