Kristi Ramirez Knowles

Kristi had a successful career in sales and marketing for some of the top media companies including CBS, Viacom, Cox Communications and Clear Channel. She quickly became a top producing account representative due to her attentive customer service, strong work ethic and by creating unique, successful solutions for her clients. Her insight into the market, along with her ability to execute propelled her into leadership roles.

Kristi decided to become a stay-at-home mother after her second child and be as involved as possible in the life surrounding her children. She took the drive and determination to help her clients and applied it to help improve local community organizations as she has always had a heart to help wherever she could.

Many families choose to live in Manhattan Beach because of the strength of the school system. Kristi’s experience and involvement in the Manhattan Beach School District and the Manhattan Beach community make her uniquely qualified to help her clients understand the nuances of any school in the district. Her goal is to ultimately guide families towards buying a home in the area that is also the best fit for their children.

Kristi is partnered with Principal Rudy Kusuma who has more than 100 years' experience and is consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in Southern California. She is a Southern California native and a long time Manhattan Beach resident. Kristi is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the South Bay Association of Realtors (SBAOR) and a certified sellers representative (SRS).
