Kristin Shimaji-Devlin

Kristin is a licensed real estate agent. After graduating from Princeton University with a BA in Anthropology then a BSN from UCLA, she worked for many years as an operating room and emergency room nurse.

She began selling real estate in in Orange County in 1988 and since that time has marketed more than $100 million in residential real estate. She has expanded her sales areas to include Riverside and Los Angeles counties as well as multiple unit apartments. Her skills learned as a nurse...perception, hard work, honesty and organization led her to become a top producer.

She left the US in 1996 for England where she started her own nurse recruitment company. After selling the company in 2005 she returned to California and to real estate. What a difference in the paperwork! But buyers and sellers are still the same and her love for this business is still here. Real estate is not just a job for Kristin, it's a passion and she loves helping people sell their homes and then find them their dream home.
