This is the BEST short-term rental we’ve ever visited. It’s modern, with brand new appliances, well stocked with all the essentials you need, and impeccably clean. Your hostess Kristina is very attentive and quickly responds to any questions or needs you may have. There’s a major supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, fast food restaurants, etc. literally “around the corner.” We rented it for more than three months & will do so again if we return to the San Fernando Valley.

She was very knowledgeable, and had several resources when we needed them.
Experience, knowledge, transparency, drive and a proven track record is what is needed in an agent and with Kristina you get all of that... but you also get her overall kindness, honesty, passion for real estate and the ability to guide you through every step of the process.

Above and beyond, that's Kristina. I had an opportunity to work with her on a real estate transaction and I knew from the first minute that I am working with a true professional. Where do I start? It was another Saturday, I was driving around L.A. and going to open houses with what seemed like a never ending battle to find a house. I had come across an agent’s name on yelp 2 years ago who had incredible reviews, but truly failed me (Not Kristina; let’s call her agent X). Although I spoke with Agent X for the first time nearly 2 years ago, I have yet not met her. As a first time home buyer, I assumed that relationship was normal where I find houses online I like, and share the link with her, for her to simply tell me it will go over budget. Not once mentioning to meet to go to open houses together, and advising in an indirect way not to buy (2 years ago when houses were much more affordable). Anyhow, back to that rainy Saturday about 2 months ago. I went by an open house which was closed, but I saw Kristina’s contact info in front of the house. I called to ask about the house, and from the first conversation we had she went above and beyond explaining every little detail that my agent had failed to tell me in two years. She was, and is extremely warm, kind, patient and understanding. At this point there was really nothing in it for her; she was aware that I was working with an agent but she still selflessly helped in every way possible. At this point I knew I wanted to work with Kristina. I spoke with my lender and since he was introduced to me through agent X, he suggested that I give agent X another chance. I spoke with agent X and she said don’t work with anyone else. I called Kristina and let her know I was told not to work or talk with her. She was so sweet and understanding that made me want to work with her even more. I gave agent X another chance but again it was the same fruitless pattern. I called Kristina and said let’s do this! Best decision I have made in a long time. She went above and beyond (you might think she is paying me to write this) but in all honesty, I don’t think my own sister would go through that much stress and trouble to help me. We found my dream home in less than 2 months. She saw me through ALL my moods. Almost giving up in this market, and not only did she smile through the process but she kept encouraging me. One of the many wonderful qualities about Kristina is how respectful she is. My dad who is elderly would often come to many of the showings, and although there was a cultural and language barrier, Kristina would always be so kind and warm towards him. I could go on and on about her staying up till wee hours of the night working in endless offers for me while having a small child to take care of, and never failing to pick up on my many many calls with all the random questions. Truly, she is just a wonderful human being and an excellent real state agent who will do everything in her power to get you what you want. That’s all, and I can not recommend her enough!

This was our 2nd purchase with Kristina, Condo in the Valley and now TownHouse in Highland Park. And we were very happy that she was with us again. After weeks of active searching in a very Hot Buyer Competitive Market we finally found our dream house. Kristina was very responsive and answered all our questions. I been selling condo for the first time and I am happy that Kristina been my realtor all the way from the beginning till the closure of escrow. My experience was not something people go through all the time during selling because I been flooded 1 week before closure of escrow. So normal selling time been extended to 8 months of being in escrow. She acted very professional and handled lots of difficult conversations between buyers, HOA and other parties involved. She referred amazing crew that fixed my bathroom and different inspectors that I been looking for that been really kind and acted in urgent matter during COVID. I am grateful for all support and expertise that Kristina been providing me for that long period of time. I would highly recommend Kristina!!!

Excellent service on very complicated sale of two houses. She saw it through to success and stayed positive. Refused to give up. Worked well in coordinating with escrow, title, attorneys and the buyers’ agent. She even helped me find a smaller house to rent and coordinated the move. Took away all worries. Happy I chose her as my agent.
