About Kyle

Kyle Frick’s real estate career began in 2006, on the investment side of real estate in seven different states, after previously working in commercial insurance. Kyle loved making something old look new again and re-designing something through real estate investing. As his abilities and experience rounded out, he decided to settle in Washington state. Upon moving to the area, Kyle saw an opportunity to put his knowledge and dedication to work and become the go-to person for his community by becoming a real estate broker.

Kyle often helps clients in the Issaquah Highlands, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, Renton, Snoqualmie Ridge, and North Bend. He has bought and sold almost every type of property there is, including single family homes, condos, town homes, new construction, horse property, commercial space, raw land, mobile homes, and mobile home parks, and even a time share property. He works with a variety of clients and looks to serve people that want the best. Kyle loves the nitty gritty of the industry – he’s always tracking stats, numbers, market trends and changes that helps him stay on top of his game.

It’s no secret that those looking to buy or sell have a lot of agents to choose from in the real estate industry. Kyle’s education, history, experience truly set him apart, and he is dedicated to doing the right thing for his clients. He’s passionate about his work and prioritizes earning the respect and referrals from his clients. When Kyle isn’t working, he can be found playing with his sons, watching movies, or going to the beach. He’s very active and enjoys working out at Cascade CrossFit and playing in a basketball and a softball league. Kyle volunteers as a coach and referee for his children’s sports teams and other teams in the area in need of assistance. His wife is a NICU nurse at Seattle Children’s Hospital, so he does what he can to volunteer for the hospital when possible.
