Kyle is a Sacramento native, and the Broker and Principal REALTOR® for Grow Properties. He manages all client sales and purchases, as well as the business and financial side of the property management business. He began his career in real estate in 2004, as a mortgage professional, where he spent five years before deciding to move into real estate sales. He began his sales career with Lyon Real Estate-Downtown in 2009 and obtained his broker license that same year. In 2011, Kyle opened his own brokerage, J.K. Groves Real Estate Group, in the Arden-Carmichael area, and spent several years in the community as a successful independent broker. Kyle is a Certified Negotiation Expert with a strong track record of assisting his clients in the coldest (2009-2010) and hottest (2020-2021) markets. He is adept at working with all types of clients, first-time home buyers, move-up buyers & sellers, move-down buyers & sellers, probate sales, trust sales, and last but not least, 1031 Exchange. Kyle brought his experience with him to Grow Properties in 2019, where he expanded his real estate experience into property management. His real estate career, in loans, real estate sales, and now property management, has given him a wealth of experience which allows him to provide advice to his clients on multiple levels.
