We had a family tragedy, and we needed an agent! I had worker in the business for years, and I knew without a doubt who we wanted representing our family. I knew she would get it done and take the pressure off our family as much as she could and carry us along this difficult journey. This wasn’t a normal sale situation we had lost a family member who we loved more than words could ever express. She was gentle, kind and loving but all at the same time was a bulldog and going to make happen no matter what she had to do and that she did. I met Laura a little over three years ago and she helped me through the sale of my ranch during a difficult divorce. Laura was able to fairly represent both of us and handled the sale of the ranch very well, knowing exactly how to market and show agricultural property was key and she got it sold against all odds while the market was slow in winter. This week, a few years later and she just closed another deal for me in acquiring a new home after helping me watch the local market for the perfect place. Laura and her team knew exactly how to handle the VA and she has always had an answer for everything. This lady knows her stuff! Just trust her, listen to what she says and she will get you and your family the best deal ever. I have recommended Laura to all of my friends, family and co-workers and she is the only person I would call regarding real estate. I have purchased and sold a decent amount of properties over the years and worked with more than a few agents. There isn't anyone else in the valley with the reputation, network or knowledge that Laura has. There are truly no words to express our gratitude toward Laura for everything she did to assist us in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. She was so very patient with us in the long search for a house that was “just right” for us, and she never made us feel like we were being too picky. Buying or selling your home? I have to take a moment to talk about what a wonderful, intelligent, fun, caring person Laura is, both personally and professionally. I have known Laura Catrina most of my life, being family friends, and I always told her that when it was my time, I would be coming to talk to her about buying a house. Well, my time finally came and she showed me a side of her I never knew before...I was AMAZED with how knowledgeable she is with the ever changing realty world and how great she is as networking and keeping a close relationship with her people. She was always available for every question, any and every time I had one. She explained things thoroughly so I understood. She made every meeting and showing fun. She took time to understand our needs and desires so she could find a house that would fit our lifestyle and took care of all of the communications between the other realtors, did background checks on houses and was so attentive to details. When I first spoke to Laura on the phone, one of the first things she mentioned was her motto “relationships matter, make them count.” And in our experience with her as our realtor, she definitely lives up to it.

When Laura first met with us, she came prepared with a very impressive and detailed packet explaining the process, the value of our home, and what we could possibly sell it for. She did her homework before we even chose her to help us move into a new home! This made it easier for us to confidently choose her to be our realtor.

Her market knowledge and network of connections proved to be very helpful in providing answers to all our questions and concerns. She promptly responded to any inquiries and always provided valuable guidance. She followed up and communicated with us throughout the whole process, and was very flexible with our timeline as we prepared our home for sale.

She meets all the criteria you would like in a great realtor, but she is also just a very pleasant person. She was excited for us as we house hunted, she loved on our two little girls, and went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. Now that the process is over, we are just a little bit sad we don’t get to interact with her as often anymore!

Laura is the best! My dad had an acre south of Manteca and had a racoon problem. I hired Laura's dad (also the best!) to take care of the racoon. In mentioning I would be selling dad's home soon (dad had dementia) he recommended Laura. Best call I made was to Laura. Not only was she an EXPERT in her field, she is a good counselor too. I cannot explain what a difficult process it was selling our family "compound" of 40 years. Laura was there every step of the way. Her AG experience was helpful as dad's property was unique, to say the least. It was never too early nor too late to call Laura. She negotiated the best deal for us and the transaction was smooth. No hiccups. Laura has become a good friend to me. Her moto of "meeting people and creating strong, lifelong relationships" is certainly my experience. I cannot recommend her more strongly.

Laura Catrina has been excellent since the first phone call! She was quick to set the wheels in motion and make sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. We were able to mark our home pending in 4 days and sold in 21!!
She came to the meetings to discuss the selling price and had done her homework. She had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly. It went for 15k over asking price. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspections and final closing details. I was stressed going into the process and she made it so fun and easy!! We will definitely use her again for selling or buying!
