Laura Kay

Laura began her career at New York University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in communications. Her education gave her the foundation to listen and communicate efficiently during negotiations. She later honed these skills while obtaining her Law Degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. After obtaining her law degree, she pursued her dream of moving to California, where she passed the California Bar exam and began working for a family law firm in Beverly Hills. The opportunity to work in litigation gave her the chance to sharpen her problem-solving skills by finding solutions in what seemed to be dead end problems, obtain a deeper understanding of contracts, and help negotiate complex deals. Having negotiated several personal real estate transactions over the last few years, she came to realize that practicing real estate demanded the very skills she had worked so hard to establish over the last few years, but also required creativity, passion, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help people accomplish a positive goal in life. After much thought and consideration, she decided to follow her passions and pursue a career in real estate. Her education and experience as an attorney now allow her to offer a service platform that merges her professional communication and negotiation skills with real estate expertise, creative marketing solutions and her sincere desire to help her clients find the perfect home.
