Finding a reputable realtor in an area where you have no network can be tough. Fortunately, an old friend had a recommendation the proved to be outstanding. Laura had a true understanding of the local real estate scene and how best to get the property we wanted. She made herself available for the schedule of a working person, primarily nights and weekends. She scheduled dozens of properties to tour that best suited our needs and budget. In this extremely competitive market, we were able to obtain the property we wanted and after inspection, negotiate a full price for a new roof! Laura’s network of inspectors and contractors made completing contract required work deadlines easy. Laura is truly committed to her clients and her pleasant demeanor made this buying experience easy and left us feeling like we had a bulldog in our corner when it came to hardline negotiations. Laura is truly a customer service provider of the highest quality!

Laura helped our son purchase his first home and we cannot fully express our gratitude for the time and patience she provided him and his steep learning curve in selecting the appropriate home while also ensuring he fully understood each step of the process to successfully purchase that home. Stepping into Austin's fast and furious real estate market as a buyer was more than intimidating but Laura always maintained her helpful, professional, patient and always pleasant demeanor. She was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable of the Austin real estate market, which made the entire process comfortable and reassuring....priceless!

Laura is amazing!

She helped us find and purchase a home from out-of-state. She always made herself available, even including a couple times where we messed up and forgot about the time zone difference. She had great insights into the neighborhoods, helpful perspective on how quickly a home was likely to sell or why it might have been on the market for a long time, and she helped us find a home that worked great for our particular set of goals and constraints.

She was great with our young children (2yo, 4yo) and helped us work through some challenging circumstances when our future home’s AC unit broke days before closing. She brought a very positive vibe and had a can-do attitude, making things happen. For example, she found someone local with a low-to the-ground sports car to see whether a steep driveway was likely to cause problems for my car since it was two time zones away and I couldn’t test it in person. She made it easy and definitely helped to reduce the stress inherent in buying a home.

We just moved in and we’re happy with the home she helped us find!

Working with Laura was a true delight from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home, and she was so patient and thorough when explaining the process. She was always open to hopping on a Zoom meeting and checking in as the process moved along. Because the sale was part of an inheritance, there were a few hoops to jump through in getting the property ready to sell.
