Need to sell your house fast? Laura Worrell knows how to make it happen!

We found out we needed to move out of state for my husband’s new job a week before our move date. Immediately we started searching for experienced and successful real estate agents. We interviewed a few and I was not impressed to say the least. Thankfully we stumbled upon Laura and in our initial interview she got right down to business giving us a comprehensive strategy on how we would be able to sell our house fast.

Laura knew the challenges we were facing within our neighborhood with new homes going up daily and a builder offering to pay the buyers’ closing costs as incentive. She threw out some pricing options, and timelines that would be associated with each in how fast our home would sell. She was spot on.

Not only did Laura know our challenges and the competitive market we were in, she also knew exactly how to get THE BEST images of our home and how to perfectly stage it for maximum results. She walked with me through our entire home and told me exactly what to do. I followed EVERY piece of advice she gave. (I encourage you to do the same!)

It was move out day and Laura had already showed our home to two prospective buyers. We started our 15 hour drive to our new state we would call home and 3 hours into that drive, we had a offer.

Laura Worrell equals results. You need to sell your home? She can do it in half the time anyone else could. Or maybe you are looking for your dream home, Laura listens to exactly what you need/want and again will deliver.

I am normally not one to write reviews. But hey, when someone deserves credit…credit is due. I am so grateful for Laura’s help. There is no way we could have done it without her.

Laura Worrell was referred to my wife and I by some of our friends to be our realtor, and we couldn't of been more pleased! As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and concerns, which was a little nerve racking, but she was great at keeping our minds at ease. She went above and beyond our expectations by doing all of the leg work for us since we were living out of state at the time, to ensure we got the right house for our needs. She was great at keeping us updated throughout the whole process, and was very knowledgeable about the construction process as well. From start to when we closed on the home, Laura was fantastic to work with! A true professional who definitely takes pride in her job and who really cares about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend her to be anyone's realtor. She has tons of knowledge and experience, and is passionate about what she does.

Laura was an exceptional realtor! A friend passed on Laura's number when I was in need of a new realtor. The housing market in our area is insane and the realtor we were using wasn't familiar with the area. Laura was so quick at responding and only after speaking on the phone she started sending me houses. She went above and beyond from the moment we met. Laura makes you feel as though you are her top priority. After only a couple of days she was able to find us a near perfect house that hadn't hit the market yet. We were able to close in 30 days with very little issues. When an issue arose Laura handled it like a champ. If you are in a bind and need results ASAP Laura Worrell is your girl. Responsive, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond!

We started looking to move to North FL nearly a year before we actually moved. Laura worked with us tirelessly for months sending listings, emails, and texts until we found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We met Laura Worrell at an open house she was hosting. Her professionalism, warmth, and authenticity lead us to hiring her for our own home search. We had recently moved from the Chicago suburbs
and was unfamiliar with the area. She knew the market well and the inventory in our price range. Laura asked not just what we were looking for in a home, but also what we didn’t want. That is key to successfully navigating the home-buying process. Laura sent daily listings and checked out properties we found online as well. She was always available, flexible with scheduling, and timely with communication. We toured about 50 houses: some new, many existing homes.
When we finally made the decision on a new house she was with us every step in the buying process, from initial walkthrough, negotiating punch list items, final walkthrough, and closing. We highly recommend Laura as she is on top of her game and will take care of her clients guiding them though the stressful process of home buying.

We are very pleased with Laura Worrell. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in her field. We all know that buying a house can be stressful but Laura made it look easy by patiently and diligently walking side by side with us through the whole process.

Laura made first time house hunting a breeze. My husband and I started house hunting right before COVID hit. We were under contract on a house when I found out I was being furloughed from my job. With being furloughed, we could not move forward with buying and we had to get out of a contract (luckily early on) and Laura took care of EVERYTHING. We had nothing to worry about it. She kept up with us the whole time I was furloughed and as soon as I was back to work, she started house hunting for us. She would send us a ton of houses and any we sent her, she would set up within 24 hours if not sooner. The trust we had in Laura was like no other-she knew the market; she knew what was and wasn’t worth our time. She never once showed frustration at our pickiness either, which says a lot for me! She was able to explain everything to us during the process so we were always in the loop. If I ever move again, I will 100% use Laura again!
