Laurie is an exceptional agent who went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. We were first-time buyers moving from Brooklyn to Croton-on-Hudson and Laurie walked us through the process every step of the way. She made sure we were aware of and protected from potential problems that could arise. She was never pushy and patiently listened to our preferences and concerns. She also has a wealth of knowledge about the Cortlandt area and made excellent recommendations for services we needed throughout the process, including inspectors, lenders, and contractors. Even after we closed on our house, Laurie continued to help us by checking on the house before we could move in and fielding our many questions as new homeowners! She clearly cares about her clients and goes beyond the job description to make sure they are comfortable and happy. We will recommend Laurie to anyone we know who is purchasing a home in the area!

We met Laurie at an open house on the very first day we started house hunting, and we are so glad that we found her! Laurie listed and sold my home during this crazy pandemic. She handled all the details so I wouldn't have to and extended advice when appropriate. She was not overbearing and knew when to remain calm and when to be respectfully assertive. She is easy to communicate with and always responsive in addition to being a genuinely warm and nice person. She was tactful and appropriate when dealing with the attorneys as well as other realtors who are not always so appropriate. She made the selling process the least stressful that it could be from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Laurie to anyone ready to list or look for real estate.
