Working with Leah to find a home for our relocation to Minneapolis was the best choice we could have made! Not only was she knowledgeable and very communicative, but she was kind and made us feel so comfortable. Buying in the current competitive market was intimidating, but she helped us feel prepared coming into our house hunting trip. We had a marathon weekend together, seeing 17 houses in 3 days, and her positive personality was such an important asset. When it came time to write offers, she guided us to make the right decisions with data and her experiences in the market, and we can away from the weekend with an accepted offer! Such a great experience--Leah was incredibly responsive throughout the process, accommodated our compressed timeline with grace, good humor and phenomenal organization, and really worked to get our questions answered in a timely way. She helped our son navigate his first experience as a home buyer perfectly by identifying important considerations and cautions where those were appropriate, and genuinely celebrated with us when we found the perfect house. Being an architect in the Twin Cities for over 14+ years has given me insight of who's the best around town. Sorting from the best to worst builders/ contractors and manufacturer.

We met Leah through multiple sets of friends -- she had helped to sell or helped them find their dream homes. They described her as a real estate super hero, and they were not wrong. My husband and I were looking for our first home in the cities and we were on somewhat of a tight timeline because of a work relocation benefit that would expire. Without Leah and her team, there's no way we would have found our sweet little home, or been selected out of 9 offers (in the first 24 hours!) When Leah took a well-deserved vacation, Jill seamlessly took over to move our negotiations towards a contract. Both Leah and Jill were knowledgeable, supportive, enthusiastic, super available, and very tuned into exactly what we wanted.
