Leah Regan is a Los Angeles native and lifelong resident of this great city. Her passion for real estate spans the gamut from first-time homebuyers to older adults, for whom she is certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Leah traces her commitment to her clients back to her fiercely strong and independent grandmother, who instilled in Leah the importance of giving back. With a lifelong commitment to nurturing her community, Leah attended UCLA, where she earned a degree in developmental psychology. She then devoted an additional eight years within the UCLA community serving as a preschool teacher for the university. Leah continues to participate, as a committee member for the UCLA Chancellors Society and a board member for the UCLA San Fernando Valley Alumni Network. She is also a board member of the Boys and Girls Club.
As a teacher, Leah developed great communication and people skills with children and adults alike. Leah energetically transferred her skillset to real estate, where she understands the importance of listening to her clients’ goals and committing herself to meeting and exceeding them. Her patience, attentiveness, and conflict resolution abilities speak to her capacity as a caregiver, which has spanned from toddlers to top producers, from experience working with children with special needs to wheelchair bound adults.
Leah enjoys traveling and resides in Sherman Oaks with her husband, a real estate attorney, and two adorable corgis.
