My experience with Kobey & LeAnne was PHENOMENAL! When
they first came out to view the property and give me a list of
improvements I should make, I was pleasantly surprised to hear
that their list of recommendations was much less than what I had
planned to do. SCORE! A month later when our listing went live, it
was literally 20 minutes before our first buyer came through to
view the house, and we ended up with 5 different appointments
scheduled within the first few hours of posting it. A Goldilocks
offer was received that I couldn't ignore. The property ended up
selling in less than 18 hours, for $15k over asking and the buyer
waved the inspection! I couldn't be more HAPPY! Thank You

I met LeAnne at an open house in Vancouver. I am so glad I did!!
I was working with an agent in Portland for 5 months and just
decided to start looking at the possibility of homes in Vancouver. I
