I first received my Real Estate license while working for a commercial real estate firm. At the time, I assisted in many ways in the Property Management of the over 80 properties that my employer was managing. I received my license in 2006 and worked for a couple different firms before finally going out on my own. This decision gives me the flexibility to offer different service levels and types based on the client I am assisting. Blue Box is in its 3rd year of operation and the future is bright!
