Leland Klim has been a Richmond resident for almost 20 years along with her husband and three children. She has enjoyed watching the city’s vibrant growth during this time and recognizes infinite potential for even greater changes in the residential, cultural and culinary arenas. Her passion for real estate, renovations and home decor led her to join the Long & Foster team.
Leland’s goal is to generate long-term, repeat clients, and she will always operate with their best interests at heart. Her guiding principle with regard to real estate will remain constant: she would never encourage a client to buy a home that she would not later sell with confidence. She recognizes and respects the fact that often she is helping her clients decide on the single largest financial investment of their lives. Her calm nature, analytical skills and attention to detail help create a comfortable, positive experience for anyone buying or selling a home.
A passionate member of her community, Leland currently serves on the executive committee of Three Chopt Garden Club as well as member of Richmond Area Realtors Government Affairs Committee and the Mary Munford Elementary School PTA. She is a past member of the Junior Board of Sheltering Arms Hospital, St. Christopher’s Parents Association, Junior Board of The Faison School, First Presbyterian Preschool Board and St. Catherine’s School Parents Association. In addition, Leland and her family are active members of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
