Leland Lowe

Leland Lowe has been a realtor since 2002 and specializes in residential real estate in the South Bay area. He is a second-generation real estate professional and has built his business on referrals from happy, satisfied clients. Leland's philosophy is to earn his client's trust by listening, communicating, and doing what is best for them in their specific situation. "People have to trust you, feel confident in your abilities, and know that you are there for them above all else. Referrals are a byproduct of the relationships and trust you have developed. So, my job is to get what my clients want by listening, clearly communicating, and educating them, and making sure they are okay throughout the process. It's only by establishing each client's trust and helping them be successful, that I can continue to build my business with referrals."

Born and raised in San Jose, Leland earned his Associate Arts degree from Evergreen Valley College where he also played on the EVC varsity tennis team. He then transferring to San Francisco State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1985. Soon after graduating, Leland landed a job in Taiwan with a technology company, where he resided for 2 years. Since that time until 2001, Leland held various positions in the high-tech industry, from account management to program management (which included an 18-month stint in Singapore), to marketing and sales positions.

Leland and his wife Priscilla were married in 1989 and have one daughter. Besides family and his real estate career, Leland’s passion is motorcycle camping and adventure touring and is ready to go riding anytime!
