A dedicated wife and mother, the Virginia native grew up in the real estate business with her father owning and operating a real estate appraisal company and being a licensed real estate broker and investor himself. Leslie's entrance into real estate began as a feature film Location Scout and Location Manager for Warner Brothers, Sony and Disney Studios. Scouring the city for perfect movie locations, Leslie developed a special knowledge of "forgotten" neighborhoods and secret real estate pockets all over Los Angeles. It was this experience dealing directly with homeowners that helped her find her calling. After 5 years in the film industry, where she sharpened her negotiating skills she segued into residential real estate where she honed her natural ability to for matching people to properties.
