As a new homeowner, the process can be daunting and it moves so quickly! Leticia Cotton was the best realtor. She listened to our needs/wants and immediately started to get listings that fit our wish list. She was incredibly flexible and also helped us to schedule multiple appointments to efficiently use our time and not miss out on opportunities. She helped us to understand all the stages of the home buying process and did a great job asking questions and helping us process when met with a big decision. She also advocated for us with the sellers who h was a huge plus. Incredibly professional and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home.
