I just closed on my new home and could not recommend Libby Long more. I went with Libby because I had known her for years and quickly learned how she has become so successful in her career. Libby made herself available at any time, day or night, to answer questions about any house I sent. If she thought I would not be interested, she would let me know. There were a few times we walked in and I immediately knew it was not the house for me. Libby kept a positive and encouraging attitude and ensured me that she would be by my side until we found my perfect home.

We searched for months and Libby made the whole process comfortable and easy. She talked me off the ledge multiple times throughout the process by teaching me and making sure I understood and was comfortable with steps through the process. Libby is also a huge advocate for her clients. She had no problem communicating with the seller’s agent with concerns and repair requests. She made call after call when we hit road bumps, until the issues were resolved. Even getting me a new dishwasher the day of closing.

If you are in the market for a new home, you deserve a realtor who is going to go above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. I will definitely use Libby for any future homebuying needs.
