Linda Cote

Linda moved to Manhattan Beach in 1978. She has three children and lives with her husband, Nick and son, Ashton. Originally, she was drawn to Manhattan Beach for its relaxed beach lifestyle, small town feeling, and she stayed for its close-knit community. Shortly after moving to Manhattan Beach, she launched her career as an Interior Designer. In 1983, she founded her company Imprints, an Interior Design firm. During her time as an Interior Designer several of her client's homes were in Design Home Tours but her true love had always been finding the right home to renovate and sell for investment. Linda's extensive background in Interior Design and Construction had opened the opportunity for her vision in seeing the possibilities for her clients in each Real Estate Transaction. Linda has a commitment to excellence in customer service and she gives each client her complete attention, with the utmost professionalism and concern.

Real Estate is her passion and design, and construction are her art. Linda specializes in helping clients find, acquire, redesign the home of their dreams.
