Linda’s love for real estate began as a little girl, when her grandfather would take her to help him choose which property to buy. Linda’s grandmother said she was his lucky charm. When her father began investing in real estate in California, he would also have Linda work beside him. They selected locations, considered improvements & architectural details, selected finishes and made decisions to ensure the highest return. The education Linda received through working by their sides was priceless and now I can share that experience and insight with others. Linda has a true passion for helping others an in-depth knowledge of real estate that has been passed on through the generations in her family. In an effort to offer her clients the greatest value for my service, Linda has obtained a certification as an Accredited Staging Professional and earned an education in Marketing from UCLA. Her skills and experience as a professional stager, offer her clients the advantage of having their homes stand out from the rest resulting in getting their home’s SOLD for the highest price in the shortest time! Linda believes her success in real estate is built upon her unique experiences and strengths, Linda’s desire to be of service to others along with her love for this wonderful Foothills Community that she lives in. Linda has raised her children here and have loved living in this community since the early 1980's and have lived in Southern California since the early 1970’s. Linda believes in Homeownership as it is proven to create a sense of success, build wealth, strengthen families and help children thrive.
Strengthening families and community has been a priority to me for many years. Prior to his career in real estate Linda worked with children and families in the community at the Crescenta~Canada YMCA and was a Youth Director at the Lutheran Church in the Foothills. In addition, raising a child with disabilities and having to navigate the educational system, taught Linda to be a strong advocate and negotiator. Linda knows utilize all of these skills & strengths to ensure that her clients best interests are well represented.
