About Lisa

I am a full time REALTOR that specializes in Making Real Estate Easy for my clients. I represent both, Home owners and Future home owners. I am committed to listening to my clients needs and utilizing my keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Prior to my Commitment to Real Estate, I was a C.N.A./M.A. When my grandfather became ill, I cared for him for 14 years. Grandpa became my #1 priority, I was going to make sure that he received the best care. We had many hurdles to overcome, but we did them together. After years of fighting, we had to say our goodbyes. This was a very difficult time in my life, I did not know what to do, he had been my focus for so long, I was truly lost. Then I realized, I can still help people!

I graduated from Randal School of Real Estate. My Education includes Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law, Ethics and a Bold Graduate. Keeping up with continuing education and the current market trends is crucial to me so I can deliver the highest level of service to my clients.

I am the President of the Fremont Board of Realtors and a Member of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce. Since starting my business as a Realtor, I have helped many families Buy and Sell their Homes. I am well known for my, integrity, commitment, great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Including: Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Lenders, Title Professionals and Cooperating agents.

I am married to Dan Allard, Owner and President of Handyman Dan Inc. We have a daughter, Alexia, who is currently attending Midland University. Together we enjoy spending time with our families. We also enjoy traveling, camping, boating or just being outdoors.

I always make sure my clients needs and concerns are my number one priority!
