Working with Lisa Walden was the highlight of 2020 for us! She came highly recommended after facilitating the sale of my grandmothers’ home. Lisa not only helped us get into our Victorian dream home, in the village of Wappingers Falls, but she also listed our home in Beacon and obtained multiple offers over the course of a single weekend! She is a superb communicator, keeping us abreast of the process and deliverables each step of the way, both in purchase of our new home and sale of the old. Lisa is extremely professional and driven while also being thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Her timeliness is answering our calls, texts, emails, etc. is commendable. She made herself available throughout, fielding our many questions and liaising with all parties involved in the process to ensure it went smoothly. Because of her attention to detail, follow through and overall work ethic, she expedited this transition for us.
