With over twenty-five years of experience in real estate and related investments, in addition to owning three start-up companies and successfully selling to large corporations, Lon understands the importance of communication, negotiation, and exceptional service to his clients. He has lived in north San Diego county in excess of thirty years and knows the area well. Dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are just a few characteristics that have made him a notable Realtor in the region. He served honorably in the U. S. Navy during the Viet Nam era and is degreed in business, marketing/economics, and healthcare administration.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, North San Diego County Association of Realtors, and the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors.
In addition, Lon is a founding member of the California Center for the Arts - Escondido, past treasurer of the San Diego Regional Home Healthcare Council, member of the Wildlife Research Institute, the San Dieguito River Park, and advocate of the Wounded Warrior Project among other organizations.
Although Lon recognizes our community has so much to appreciate and experience, he also enjoys dividing his leisure time between the Coachella Valley and Aspen, Colorado treasuring every moment that is outdoors!
