When Lora and her family bought their first home in Congress Park years ago, they were drawn to the big trees, older neighborhood feel, history, and proximity to downtown. “When we bought our 1925 bungalow, it needed a lot of work. But with some love and sweat, we turned it into exactly what we wanted. We even built a breakfast bar out of reclaimed wood from the house.” Lora loves to sell and buy anywhere in the metro area, but specializes in Denver and the northern suburbs.
