Lori is exceptional, from intro call to closing and even afterward!

We found the perfect home with her-- and much sooner than we even planned to-- because she was so diligent on finding properties that met our criteria.

She guided negotiation, provided recommendations for loan officers, helped us schedule multiple inspections, and even helped us coordinate carpet and window treatment consults before closing so we could schedule immediately upon purchase with what we wanted.

We just bought a home in Colorado with Lori’s assistance. Lori was fantastic! She setup a customized home search on the MLS, scheduled viewings of all the homes we selected, and was always prompt to respond to questions. During the purchase process, Lori sent us a schedule of tasks we needed to complete, made recommendations for inspectors, helped us stay on track and on time for the closing, and was quick to resolve an issue that arose along the way. I cannot say enough of about Lori’s professionalism. I highly recommend working with Lori and her team if you are buying a home in Colorado.

As a retired military family, we have moved many times. Some of the moves were good experiences and other moves were horrible. That said, I have never until now experienced a move where we had such a team of experts as Lori Fontaine and her team of highly knowledgable and skilled realtors. From her meticulous plan of staging the house for showing, taking complimentary photos of our home, even making an on-line video of our property, Lori and her team was very supportive of our time and efforts. As a result, she was able to sell our home at near asking price, even with the Federal Reserve Board raising mortgage rates twice during the process. She possesses the years of experience, professional expertise, business contacts (e.g., lenders) and solid knowledge of local real estate markets and trends to do a superior job. Lori is an excellent communicator, negotiator and advisor who quickly gained my confidence and trust. She is extremely easy to contact, quickly responds to phone calls, texts and emails, and kept me regularly updated on the status of the process of purchasing and obtaining financing for my new home. She is also very personable and friendly; a pleasure to work with. Lori spent the time with me to understand clearly why I wanted to move, what I wanted in a new home home, and locations in which I was interested. I had access to an online data base (continually updated) that showed me homes meeting my crIteria so we could decide which ones to view. She showed me several homes that met my requirements, gave me a clear picture of what was on the market and a good basis for comparison of the homes and locations so I could make an informed choice. Lori also maintained a positive working relationship seller’s agent, which facilitated quick agreement on the terms of purchase and a smooth closing.
