Lucas Beni

Originally from Pound Ridge, NY, Lucas Beni is a graduate of Clemson University with honors with a major in Biology as well as a minor in business. During his college years, he competed on the men’s varsity rugby team, and found himself traveling to Charleston more and more as he visited family and friends in the area. It was only a matter of time before he fell in love with the holy city and decided to make it his home. So, after a year of working in property management/construction in New York post graduation, he finally made the leap. Real Estate was a natural progression for Lucas, having a natural talent for the inner workings of investment properties and commercial real estate. When he is not busy helping others find their dream property on the Charleston coast, you can usually find him exploring the local cuisine, fishing, and biking around downtown checking out all the “happenings” in the area. He also frequently travels to Florida, where he spends time with his family at their beautiful mango farm.
