Luke Terrell is the Principal Broker at Savant Real Estate and Development. He graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in Finance in 2006 from the Sam M Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he focused on financial management and investments. Upon graduation, he started his career in real estate development; structuring projects utilizing debt and equity while performing project management and oversight. He obtained his Arkansas real estate salesperson license and subsequently obtained his broker’s license. In addition to participating and forming projects for his own companies, he managed finance and accounting for a $40MM manufacturing operation with more than 150 employees utilizing patents in the textile industry. Subsequently, he worked in the primary investor’s tax law firm accounting for entities of various size and industry performing all accounting functions. Most recently, he joined What’s Ahead in 2011, where he led the company in providing marketing solutions for Fortune 100 companies and served as Director of Finance then CEO. He obtained his Masters of Science in Accounting from Walden University and is a licensed CPA.
