Lydia is a life-long resident of Johnston County. After graduating with a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1996 she moved back home to join her family real estate business, Century 21 Suburban Real Estate, Inc. In 1999, she earned her GRI (Graduate of Realtor's Institute) designation. This is a professional designation earned by successfully completing extensive coursework pertaining to the real estate industry, over and above what is required for a broker's license. In 2013, the company joined Coldwell Banker Advantage to better serve their customers.
Her husband, Andy, and Lydia live in Smithfield with their three children, Hampton, Griffin, and Whitley Kate.
