Lynda is the best! She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and always willing to answer any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we got into our new home and that the sale of our previous home went smoothly. She started as our realtor but quickly became a friend. Her sense of humor and compassion got us through the more stressful aspects of the home-buying process. I can't recommend her enough.

Lynda and John have been through several house selling and buying with me that included selling my parents house after they died and helping us when our house got bought out with the Lilly LEAP stuff all close together. They made it less stressful and made it flow and go easier. In fact other members of our family has used Lynda as well and say the same thing. They are not only great realtors but consider them friends.

Lynda had quite the challenging task when it came to selling our triplex in Lebanon, Indiana. We lived out of state and had never seen the property in person, plus had very unhelpful property managers.
Despite all this, she was able to get it listed in such a way that we had immediate interest from buyers and were able to get a full price offer. Additionally, at the last minute, the appraiser wanted to adjust the appraisal down several thousand dollars, and she was able to negotiate so that the buyer made up the difference in cash and we were able to close on time at the original full offer price! She did a fantastic job with what was a very challenging situation.

Lynda is a professional realtor in every sense. She knows the market and market trends, and is very knowledgeable of the area. Her team makes things flow seamlessly through the process, and it makes things easy, in what could be a stressful time. She not only found me a house to buy, but also helped get mine sold in a day!
