Hi, I’m Lynel “Charles” Ford.

I was born and raised in Oakland, California, alongside my three siblings. After earning both my MBA and MSA from UC Davis, I settled in Folsom with my amazing partner and our two daughters—our oldest is 10 and plays competitive soccer, and our youngest is 15 months old. I’m all about supporting my family’s dreams, creating meaningful memories, and keeping everyone well-fed with home-cooked meals.

My real estate journey began over a decade ago as an investor and house flipper. To reduce costs on projects, I became a licensed Realtor nine years ago. That path led me to becoming a licensed Broker six years ago and founding Lynel Ford Realty, a full-service real estate firm focused on smarter, more profitable outcomes for clients. Five years ago, I added mortgage services to my expertise by becoming a licensed loan officer and launching Fordy Lending.

Today, I help clients navigate every step of the home buying process—as both a Broker and Loan Officer—offering a seamless, full-service experience under one roof.

What started with flipping run-down homes in my old neighborhood has grown into a mission to help others build wealth through real estate—whether that’s buying your first home, selling a property, investing, or flipping for profit.
