Back in 2000, Lynne was lucky enough to find her true calling in life. After combining her passion for people and properties she became a realtor® and loves every aspect of her career. Lynne’s journey started in the Midwest and continued in northern California. She settled in Marin County for 15 years, with a year and half interlude in Italy, before moving to Boulder in 1985. What she thought was going to be a summer vacation turned into a long-term love affair with Boulder and the surrounding areas. Her passion for hiking, traveling, good food and cooking are a natural fit for the Boulder area lifestyle. My two sons, now grown and living nearby, were born, and raised here and love the area just as much as she does.
As a consistent top producer, Lynne has received many awards for exceptional performance. As part of her commitment to excellence, she continually takes classes and seminars to improve her knowledge and professional skills in the areas of Real Estate, Finance, and Investments.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, the highest professional designation awarded to realtors in the residential field. Fewer than 4.5% of realtors hold the CRS designation. Realtors must have demonstrated professional expertise, have fulfilled high performance requirements, and completed advanced education in related areas of finance, marketing and technology.
CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an international designation to agents who have completed the educational requirements and have met the high-performance standards in the upper tier market (top 10% of the market.) Trusted primary resource for the buyer and selling of luxury homes.
GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, is a national professional real estate designation. This is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live instruction from faculty with experience in their own areas of expertise.
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative denotes a Sales Associate who is qualified to provide buyer representation and is familiar with buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues.
CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert, a designation designed to develop the ability to represent and protect clients during each step of a real estate transaction by reviewing the finer points of negotiation strategy and best practices.
SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a nationally recognized course that reviews the special needs of maturing adults and how to better assist them with their real estate needs.
