Not enough positive things can be said about Lynne. Her professionalism, knowledge, and communication really put my first time buyer nerves at ease. From the start of the process to the final close of the house, Lynne walked me through every step in a simple yet informative way. Lynne was an amazing agent. She made the sale of our home of 42 years be so stress free. She guided us every moment of the way and truly knew what she was doing. When I was looking to downsize after retirement,Lynne was a major contributor to my success. Through her experience I understood how much of an effort it would be to sell my house of 15 years. Decisions that have to be made and commitments that needed to be taken care of. Lynne wanted me to understand every part of the process by answering questions with a lot of details and examples. I was grateful for her motivation and preparedness.
Getting all the necessary permits and data ready for selling the house.

For my new house I was lucky to find it in the location I wanted. Lynne was quick to show the seller how interested we were. There were multiple offers so we decided on a price. When Lynne presented our offer, I felt comfortable about our chances since I understood how well prepared Lynne would be.
And I was right. The buyers selected our offer.
While in escrow, I stopped by the house to look around. The listing agent was there and she told me that I was not the highest bid; another bid was higher
When I asked why they selected my offer the realtor said “You can thank your realtor for getting the house,”
I appreciated Lynne’s effort and vision that gets the results the buyer or seller needs.

We just recently sold our home with Lynne, during the pandemic! Our experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Here are the things we really liked about working with Lynne.
1-Was prompt with all communications with us, even when I had crazy questions or ideas.
2. Had the inspections done BEFORE we went on the market, that was huge because we found things that really needed to be fixed and she got that all taken care of.
3. Staging! She had an amazing stager that made our home look so homey and beautiful.
4. Cleaners. She had a crew of cleaners come in and they cleaned everything, including windows.
5. Networking and advertising. We went on the market on a Friday about noon and there were showings within an hour or two, the showings continued for the next 7 days, many, many people went through our home. It was unbelievable.
6.By the end of that next week, we had 17 offers on our home, we were blown away. We spent a good amount of time talking all the offers out and then made the decision with her help.
7.Closing. She helped us all the way to the end and cheered with us when we found our home (in another state) we consider her part of our family now.

I highly recommend Lynne, in my opinion, you won't find a better realtor.

We would 100% recommend Lynne as a Realtor to anyone! She's truly one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable realtor. Lynne has helped me purchase and sell my first condo, then our first family home, and then maybe now our "forever home" all within the last 8 years. The buying and selling experience with Lynne is one that cannot be compared. She truly cares about your needs and legitimately wants to help you find a home that you will love. She is patient and never pressures us into anything. She also works well with our mortgage consultants that we've picked. She is meticulous, organize, and super calm (this is very important when everyones' nerves are on edge). She makes sure to summarize and explain all the paperwork and what's included in the offers. She helps with all the home inspections, house cleaning, staging, open house, and closing of escrow. She makes the whole process pain free as possible. You will not regret your decision to have Lynne as your Realtor!

I have worked with Lynne for both purchasing and selling. Lynne has your best interest in mind. She helped my husband and I purchase a home in 2005 and made the process so easy. When we were looking to sell a rental property in 2019, we knew exactly where to turn. Our rental property needed alot of work. Lynne took over every aspect of getting the job done which took a tremendous amount of stress off us. She worked with honest contractors and offered to be at the home for deliveries and work when we needed to be present. Because of all her networking skills she had offers well above asking before we even went on the market. Needless to say it sold in one weekend with over 30 offers. She is an incredibly hardworking realtor who goes above and beyond your expectations. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I've worked with Lynne Olenak for the last 12 years, starting when I purchased my first home at 24 years old. I had no idea what I was doing, but Lynne was there to guide me through the process, step by step. She explained every detail and went to every open house with me, and made the tedious process as comforting as possible. Throughout the years, she has always had my best interests at heart which is very rare to find in a realtor as most realtors have their own agendas in mind. I referred Lynne to every family member, friend and coworker, and they all had similar and the best experiences with her! Lynne is the one and only realtor that I 100% trust and will continue to work with in the Bay Area!
