I met Michele Martin about a year ago, when my son’s family was looking to move from my condo at 10501 Wilshire #1111 and purchase a house. For many years before, I received her mailings and knew of her capabilities and the fact that she also lives in the same building for many years. When we first met to discuss the listing of the condo, I was impressed with her competence and making sure that any question I had will be answered clearly and thoroughly.There was no question in my mind that Michele will be our R.E. broker to lease the Condo. The leasing timing could not be more disadvantaged – March 1, 2020, when Covid-19 started!! I was given a regular update on leasing the unit and was never left in the dark.Finally, two weeks ago, a tenant signed the lease with financial payment that was above and beyond what I expected!I am planning to sell the condo after 12+ months of rental and you can rest assured that Michelle will get the listing for the sale, and will also be asked to show us a condo to buy on the Wilshire corridor.Abraham Wacht
