About Maalaea

Maalaea Quirk has been with Andrews & Associates since 2010 starting out as a Broker Assistant to Karen Andrews and then joined our sales staff in 2016 as a licensed Real Estate Agent. A graduate from Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont California, Maalaea has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Maalaea has worked in several sides of the Real Estate industry for many years from real estate appraising to mortgage banking. She was also Project Coordinator for the real estate division at Gap Inc. in San Francisco.

While living on the Central Coast for the past 18 years, Maalaea has worked as a Creative Director for a local home magazine and has also been an independent consultant, managing social media campaigns and events for a top San Luis Obispo based engineering firm. Her years of communication, marketing, creativity and professionalism arm her with tools critical in any real estate transaction.

She appreciates all that the Central Coast has to offer including hiking, camping, gardening and being with her friends and family including her darling son, Ben, and amazing husband, Tim. Maalaea also enjoys taking part in numerous fundraisers and is a volunteer within many community groups. She has also served two years on the Beautification Committee for the City of Grover Beach.
